With this visa type you can:
- continue running your business in the UK, and start another one
- continue to help run an established business in the UK
You must meet the eligibility requirements.
With a Turkish Businessperson visa extension you can:
- Continue running your business in the UK, and start another one
- Continue being a partner in an existing business which you’ll have an active part in running
- Apply to extend your stay if you meet the eligibility requirements
- Study in the UK
- Do voluntary work
- Apply to settle permanently in the UK (Indefinite Leave to Remain) if you’ve lived in the UK for 5 years and meet the other eligibility requirements
You cannot:
- Apply for most benefits (public funds), or the State Pension
- Change jobs or employer
